PLATE ROLLING
 Hodgson's unique ability to roll heavy plate makes it the premier plate rolling company for North America.
Hodgson Custom Rolling Inc. can roll wall thicknesses from ¼ inch to 7 inches and up to 12 feet in length, down to various inside diameters(as small as 11" for ¼" plate). Alternatively, flattening existing materials to these same sizes can also be done by our state of the art equipment.
PLATE FORMING
Hodgson Custom Rolling Inc. can do the brake forming of all types of steel sections and plate. Hodgson has the equipment capable of forming ¼" to 14" thick material and the expertise to form most any shape including cones, trapezoids, parabolas, and reducers (round to round and square to round). Hodgson Custom Rolling Inc. can also flatten to the same thicknesses as stated above.
STRUCTURAL ROLLING
Whenever the need for curved structural sections is required, Hodgson Custom Rolling is up to the challenge. Hodgson is capable of rolling a wide variety of shapes and sizes; angle, wide flange beam, I-beam, channel, flat and square bar, tee section, pipe or tubing, and rail. Applications of this rolling include flanges, support ribs, framing, spiral stair stringers, and gear blanks.

FABRICATION
 Hodgson Custom Rolling Inc. will entertain fabrications that entail a significant amount of rolling or forming. Cement kilns, rock drums, heavy equipment components and spiral staircase stringers are just a few examples of fabrications that lend themselves to our companies strength and experience in fabrication.
WELDING CAPABILITIES
- Qualified through ASME , TSSA and W47.1
- 20 Units (SMAW) Shielded Arc Welding
- 10 Units (FCAW) Flux Core Arc Welding or (GMAW) Gas Metallic Arc Welding

SPIRAL or CURVED STAIRCASE STRINGER
This component of Hodgson Custom Rolling Inc. business has grown tremendously in the last 5 years. One of the reasons for this growth is Hodgson's ability to provide a product that coincides with the architect's vision of his/her staircase. In many of these cases the curved staircase is the signature element to the rest of the project. Therefore it is imperative that the stringers are plumb, symmetrical, structurally sound and most importantly, aesthetically pleasing. For these reasons Hodgson has been privileged enough to supply stringer for a variety of customers throughout North America.
