Hodgson Custom Rolling is pleased to offer a wide range of plate rolling services which makes us the premier plate rolling company for North America. Our plate rolls can accommodate varying thicknesses from ¼” thick to 11” thick, and typically 10ft wide, but in some cases up to 12ft wide. We can provide these ranges by selecting from a compliment of 7 different plate rolls in order to offer the highest quality, and timely delivery. Hodgson is flexible enough to handle any of your needs, whether it is one cylinder or hundreds of cylinders. At Hodgson Custom Rolling we take pride in having very few limitations, and we welcome your most diverse projects.

Hodgson Custom Rolling’s brake department consists of five mechanical and hydraulic brake presses, ranging from 300T to 6000T. This range of equipment enables us to accurately form plates, from ¼” to 18” thick and up to 14 feet wide, to a variety of shapes including single bend brackets, pipe clamps, cylinders/cylindrical segments, compound curves, concentric and eccentric cones/reducers, transitions (square to round, oval to round etc.), knuckle segments, and dished plates.

Whenever the need for curved structural sections is required, Hodgson Custom Rolling is up to the challenge. Hodgson is capable of rolling a wide variety of shapes and sizes; angle, wide flange beam, I-beam, channel, flat and square bar, tee section, pipe or tubing, and rail.

  

Hodgson Custom Rolling Inc. has a long history in the steel industry, including significant fabrication expertise. While the plate rolling and forming aspects of our business are its core, certain fabrications that entail a significant amount of rolling or forming would be an excellent fit for our company’s strengths.
